My white friend in 501

Uncertain future of country, poverty & unemployment these are very big problem of our country. There is not a constitution so murder, kidnapping, raping and so many other criminal activities has been growing day by day. A  past, grandpa fought world war ii in rawalpindi, father served in Indian army and today son struggling in desert, it's our compulsion. Time has changed, procedure is different but the reality is the same ''foreign employment''.
On the way of my life i'm also struggling in desert, I met so many peoples during this period of time, one of the best is a residant of flat no 501.
Shalome Pay

She is an Australian citizen Miss Pay she is white skined, brown hair & of medium height. If I have to talk about  her behaviour, she dosent keep bad things in her heart but she dosen't care when she speaks, wheather bad or good. She even ignores the probable result which comes after her dialogue. I think she knows to speak vulgar words in almost all of the languages that exist in this world, which are not appropriate to write here. Even me, she slangs using so many vulgar words in my own native language as well. However her activities dosen't look like of bad intention. So, the words she speaks aren't upseting me but entertaining.
Friday is holiday so thursday evening she goes to the night clubs for party then comes back late night, sometimes without shoes, sometime loosing her phone and sometime being almost unconscious. I see her frequently so generally we discuss on simple toupic. She looks crazzzy but actually she is so helpful, friendly & a good entertainer.\

Ops! Earthquake

Road collapse by Earthquake

On 18th september 2011 approximately at 15:40 i was at my work as usual. I was listening internet online radio and chating as well, suddenly my friend stopped to reply. I waited for about three minute then breaking my patience i wrote '' hey where are you missing?'' then i got reply. ''Oh my god here is a very big earthquake luckily i'm safe thanks god.'' My friend wrote me with full of fear her heart beating wasn't coming to the normal yet. Then kalika fm from chitwan start to announce that there was earthquake they felt very big quake. so kalika fm was announcing to make people aware and informing peoples to stay safe. Immediately i called to my house it ranged but suddenly the line was cut. I kept on trying trying trying then i was able to talk with my family member, they were fine. Then i tried to contact my friends but i wasn't able to make calls because the telephone route was too much busy it was because a lots of people started to contact eachother and getting information of their friends and family wheather they were safe or not. I couldn't make any call to nepal so i just sent some sms to my friends. Kalika fm started to give detail information about the earthquake it was 6.8 magnitude quake and epicenter was between India's Sikkim and Nepal's taplejung. The quake killed 3 in kathmandu, 2 in Dharan. In kathmandu the british embassy's wall had been collapshed and 3 people were trapped on it, in Dharan a house was collapshed killed 2. In this way very soon we (people staying out of country) came to know the quake through online internet radio, facebook, twitter, yahoo, Msn etc. From Australia my friend Ram Tamang, from UAE brother Chandra and from USA Mr Thapa also were telling me about the same quake. I also informed to my friends who were online but one of my friend Mr Mahendra from my own village thought that as if i was kidding him. He said ''hya samdi pani kasto joke garya hou''. He satrted to think if it was April 1, let alone to get information from home. It was being so difficult for me to persuade him that the quake was true because on April 1 also i lied him telling '' there is very big earthquake in Nepal.'' that time he immediately contact to his home and became FOOL. Of course it was 1st but not of April was of Aswin hehehe.
House collapse by Earthquake

He didn't trust me so i had to make a call to him then he trusted and called it was not fake, was true.
We listen and read the news updates untill late night. The next day i called my papa again and he said there are some cracks on the walls of our house. Hope everything will be ok

Our Dingla

Dingla Bazar View

Dingla, Have you ever heard this name before? If you are well known about history of Nepal of course, yes. If not I'm going to share some information about Dingla.

1 Introduction/geographical layout
Dingla is a small town of Bhojpur district. It's about 50km  north from district headquarter Bhojpur. It has height about 1000ft from sea level. The temperature is neither too cold nor too hnt. The lands layout is slope. Dingla lies in between three VDC Mulpani, Keurenipani and Tungechha. It can be viewed from Tumlingtar Airport and Khandwari. It's just about 20 km up from Arun valley which is known as world's lowest valley. Dingla has it's own identification in educational, religious and cultural sector althouh it has not been developed as it is supposed to be. Dingla is also known as Shadananda Adhikari's birthplace, whose contribution in educational sector in Nepal is unforgettable.
2. Peoples and lifestyle.
Most of the people who lives in dingla are having middle class economic status. There are Tamang, shrestha, rai, brahmin, kshetriya, magar, gurung, limboo as local residants. People who lives in dingla bazzar are doing business as their occupation and the rest who lives in sorrounding VDC are depended in farming. They produces paddy, wheat, maize, vegitables, fruits etc and sales or exchange with daily consuming goods every saturday in dingla bazar. Dingla bazzar is their buying and selling point. Generally all the daily consuming goods are available in dingla throughout the shops located there. International imported meterials like shoes, clothes, oil, salt are brought there by the businessman  through Dharan- Dhankuta- Leguwa- Tumlingtar route.
3. Transport and communication
Still there is not good highway to dingla. The only easy way to reach dingla is through airplane from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar then on foot three hrs. Now there is recently constructed roadway connected to dingla but it can be used only in winter season. In the summer season, the roadways are muddy because of heavy rainfall. In the winter season It's very dusty so to walk on foot will be an good idea. CDMA telephone and some mobile services are avilable as basic means of communication in Dingla. There is not fixed line (landline) telephone service so brodband data service is not possible, however GPRS service in mobile can be operative but the connectivity and speed is not satisfactory. Central electricty suppy has been connected so for entertainment and news television can be watched. There is no blackout it is because when there is blackout in central supply local supply recovers the power immediately, so electricity service is stisfactory in comparison to other parts of Nepal.
4. Education
Shadananda Adhikari founded a sanskrit school in Dingla in 1932. Which is known as Nepal's second school and first public school. It was rana period so Ranas didn't allow public to read. Shadananda sanskrit school is an example of revolution in education sector of Nepal. Now a days the school has been developed as Shadananda higher secondary school. It has been providing service to students upto 10+2 in some faculties like education, management and humanities. The best school in Dingla is Arun higher secondary school. It is also providing quality education in Dingla upto class 12 in science. It is femous because of good management and quality. Even it is a government school it has been providing quality education nothing less than a private boarding school. From this school many qualified human resource were produced and they are spending thier succesful life in different part of world. There are currently two small primary boarding school has been opend by the local businessmans but the seems like profit oriented. They haven't recruited qualified ane well trained teacher which has been pushing innocent childrens towards uncertain future. This all is mean to say there is not quality in boarding school in Dingla. However in comparison to other places education sector can be said good in Dingla.
Economy.

5. Health

According to the locals one medical doctor has been posted but the piety is that neither the post is vacant nor there is a doctor in the health center. One AHW and some ANM are managing to provide health service in the primary health center Dingla. There are some private clinics in Dingla almost all medicines are available but the peoples compultion is to buy and have medecine without doctors prescription. Recently one 15 seated Gandhi memorial hospital has been inaugurated by Indian embassador in Dingla. The hospital has been going to be constructed in Indian financial co-operation.

There are about 15 hotels with basic service where customers can have rice, dal, curry, gundruk, dhido, chowmen, momo, tea, local wine, tonba, drymeat etc. Specially local wine (KODO KO RAKSI) is very nice and cheap in Dingla. It is made from local millet so it't very tasty, the more you drink, the more you enjoy (JATI PIYO TETI MAJA AAUNE).  For overnight stay some lodge are available.
